Please note the following criteria required for membership:

1. Membership is available only to professional artists or arts organizations based within southern Alberta. Southern Alberta will be defined as from Red Deer south to the US border and from the British Columbia border on the west to the Saskatchewan border on the east.

2. Members must provide an educational service related to the arts to educators and/ or students.

3. Inclusion onto the digital binder is at the sole discretion of the AEAC membership Committee and its representatives.

4. All new members must submit an application for membership that is found on artsbinder.com.

5. All members with a website must have a link to the artsbinder.com displayed on that site.

6 Cost of membership in 2007 is free. There will be costs associated with additional marketing or upgrades on the basic information/contact space provided (currently for free). Individual members are not obliged to take up these additional features.

7. A mass email option is available that will enable the AEAC Committee and sub-committees to communicate with its members more easily. Members agree not to sell, rent, or otherwise afford use of this option to communicate non-member related information or to convey information from non-members.

8. Members agree to keep the information about their organizations posted on artsbinder.com current.

9. Members agree not to post any information on the site that may be generally viewed as obscene or offensive to educators or students accessing the site.
